Pretty simple, all I need is the following:

Text (what you want it to say):
Render (the main picture):
Border (Pattern/line that surrounds the sig/ava):
Base Colour or Background (If you don't choose one, I'll find something I think is suitable)
Font:
Signature or Avatar
